These terms are between you and Tango2Europe. By using this website you accept them.

2. What we provide

Tango2Europe provides business advisory and coordination services related to European expansion. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration or investment advice, and we are not a licensed investment bank, broker-dealer or securities placement agent. Where specialist advice is required we coordinate qualified third-party specialists; we do not replace them.

3. The assessment

Submitting an assessment does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on either side, and does not imply acceptance. We review submissions and respond only where we believe we can materially help.

4. Engagements

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, deliverables and duration. Pricing shown on this website is indicative and may change.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee funding, investor meetings, introductions, customers, partnerships, company formation approval, banking or payment-provider approval, grant awards, or any specific commercial outcome. Third-party approvals are made by those third parties on their own criteria.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for your own compliance obligations, and for obtaining independent professional advice before making legal, tax or financial decisions.
