What we collect

• Assessment form data: founder name, company name, email address, website or LinkedIn, country, company stage, business description, revenue range, customer geography, team size, expansion motivations, target markets, existing corporate structure, obstacles, desired support and timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Contact and newsletter data: your email address and the contents of messages you send us.
• Technical data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and interactions with calls to action.

Why we use it

• To review whether Tango2Europe can materially help with your European expansion.
• To respond to you and, where relevant, propose an appropriate next step.
• To deliver services you engage us for, and to coordinate qualified third-party specialists.
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (assessment submissions, newsletter), the performance of a contract (delivering agreed services), and our legitimate interests (running and improving the business).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only where necessary: with service providers who host our website, database and email, and — with your knowledge — with third-party specialists (for example company formation, accounting or legal providers) when you ask us to coordinate them. Introductions to investors, partners or providers are only made with your agreement.

Storage and retention

Assessment submissions are stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to Tango2Europe. We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email marcos@tango2europe.com.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the European Union and in other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
